First time at the Technische Kontakt Dagen
This summer we at Gebroeders Geens can be found on a stand at the Technische Kontakt Dagen for the first time – and we are really looking forward to that! The Netherlands is historically an important region for Gebroeders Geens. A very large part of the Knikmops production crosses the border every year. At TKD, we hope to meet these end customers in person, so we can respond even better to their needs and wishes.
Also, there is nothing quite as beautiful as a Knikmops in action. At the Technische Kontakt Dagen, as an articulated loader manufacturer, we have a unique opportunity to demonstrate our product. In this way, we will show even more people what our Knikmops can do.
The introduction of our new model – Knikmops KM350
The Knikmops range has always varied between 800 kg and 2.5 tonnes. Until now. Gebroeders Geens is launching a model that is bigger and stronger than ever before! The Knikmops KM350 weighs about 3600 kg and can lift 3000 kg close to the ground. Add to that a working hydraulic flow rate of 62 l/min with maximum pressure of 180 bar and you have a compact wheel loader that can operate a huge range of attachments. The Belgian family business behind Knikmops and Rollmops is delighted to introduce these steel powerhouses to you at TKD.
Our electric models
For shovel manufacturers, the need for good/solid electrical applications has long been clear. Gebroeders Geens has also been working on a zero emission range since 2016. The first was the Knikmops KM140E, later followed by a size bigger: the Knikmops KM180E. On their open day last year, Gebroeders Geens presented the Knikmops KM100E to the general public - and it will of course be on display on our TKD stand.

Type of RDW approval
A hot item this year at TKD will also be the type approvals. We are proud to announce that we are one of the first companies to receive type approval for our diesel wheel loaders. Curious to know what this means? Check out the video next to this post. You can also learn more about it during TKD!
Technische Kontakt Dagen
From 12 to 14 June, Sint-Oedenrode will be the location of the Technische Kontakt Dagen Show (TKD). The leading event for professionals in the construction, earthmoving and recycling sector. On a site of no less than 250,000 m², you will have the opportunity to discover the latest machines, techniques and innovations during spectacular live demos.
For three days, manufacturers, suppliers and end users come together to share knowledge, make contacts and get inspired. TKD is the place to network and experience the developments within your field up close.
